Welte goes to Japan

With the development of the Kombikorb – in the meantime patented – for the W210 and W240 and with the splitted Rungenkorb for the W130M Welte acchieves again a market advantage.

2000 it starts with the W210 – changing between Klemmbank and Rungenkorb. This powerful combimachine is delivered with doublewinch, a roll carrier adjustable in the hight and front blade in serial. This machine gets the crane Loglift F111 with a short pillar to reduce the hight.

Kombikorb (patented)
The Kombikorb is becoming more and more popular.The advantage is, that there is no change between Klemmbank and Rungenkorb necessary anymore. While driving into the forest the driver decides which kind of wood should be loaded, short or long wood. For short wood, the Klemmbank gets flaped out, for long wood the Klemmbank gets flaped in and than it is locked electro-hydraulically from the driver seat. For a better rear view Welte optionally offers also a tiltable grid.

New development W130K / W130M
The W130 model range is very popular by our customers. With the short wheel-base and the 6 wheels, this machine is very flexible and secures the soil.The system of the roll carrier adjustable in the hight is the same like the W 210. This  is a combimachine for the operation in the short and long wood sector with Klemmbank or insertable stakes.

Motto: transport everything that comes
Because of the big variety of assortments it was not far to the next innovation, the W130M. For this development it was necessary, that short wood from 2 to 5 m and long wood could get tranported.The changing should be even faster: Therefor the splitted Rungenkorb was developed, which could be changed with just 2 grips. At the completely new designed rear frame it is possible to mount also forwarder-cranes of the high performance class. For the engine up to 175 HP are possible.

More bank meter daily requires robust and always available machines
Certainly many components gets modulated and re-designed for bigger forces. Our frames are made of  high strength steel in special material quality. Traditionally, the Welte are geared to robustness. Classic agricultural machinery manufacturers, which are now trying to arrange in forest business are having difficulties there.
