After the company take-over by Werner Nühnen in the year 1998, the machine model range and the medium-sized company with approx. 60 dedicated employees have constantly grown:

• A complete machinery program for the extreme forest applications in the sectors low-, middle- and heavy wood. We innovate, design and manufacture both, „4-Cylinder" and„6-Cylinder-Machines" – like Skidder machines, Forwarders, but also Combi-Skidders. The customers requirements always put first:
  More solid cubic meter per hour!
  
  
• Innovations of complete machines but also of many components and many patents certify the leading market position of Welte. This developental friendliness takes place because of the exchange of experiences with our customers locally on a practically base.
  
  
• A modular system, wherer there is for all types and configuration versions an individual chooseable, but standardized frame. Regardless of which type one choose, all machines of the „4-Cylinder" and the „6-Cylinder" Welte Model have harmonised balanced construction modules of constant quality.The advantage is a much better service comfort, especially if one have, like many of our customers, several Welte Machines in their motor pool. With the building-set-system Welte fulfills at least a better cost-performance ratio.
  
  
• The good reputation of the all around compact, flexible, solid and environmentally friendly Welte-Machine-Technics gets confirmed through a flexible ground readiness and an individual customer-orientation by all employees. The big patron circuit swears on the Welte Technics and often has many Welte Machines – more than 50 different patrons fit in more than 3 Welte Machines, more than 50 different patrons more than 2 Welte Machines at the same time.

The result of the last years are very interesting business developments. We are following an expansive exchange-outlook and investing much for a future-oriented manufacturing place.
